Player Services Assistants ensure range balls are consistently collected and available, assist with operations during peak times, and help maintain the overall presentation of the facility. Throughout each shift, the focus is on key moments of the guest experience—from offering a warm welcome upon arrival, to supporting a smooth and organized first tee, providing visible assistance during play, and ending each visit with appreciation. Every interaction matters. Player Services Support are expected to greet guests warmly, stay ready to assist, and deliver a high level of professionalism that adds value to every visit.

First Tee Experience Lead

First Tee Experience Lead

The First Tee Experience Lead helps create a welcoming and engaging environment for all guests from the moment they arrive. This role focuses on enhancing the overall experience by supporting the flow of play, offering proactive assistance, and ensuring the practice areas and first tee operate smoothly. As a visible and approachable presence, the First Tee Experience Lead sets the tone for the round—greeting players, providing guidance, and representing Cedar Crest with energy, professionalism, and pride.

Player Assistant

Player Assistant

The Player Assistant enhances the on-course experience by providing visible support, managing pace of play, and delivering exceptional hospitality throughout the round. This role focuses on maintaining a consistent presence on the course, engaging players in a positive and professional manner, and proactively supporting the flow of play. Player Assistants also help with navigation, offer basic rules guidance, and assist with minor on-course needs while helping maintain the overall presentation of the course. Guided by a service-first approach, Player Assistants lead with hospitality—not enforcement—communicating with respect, offering clear guidance, and resolving issues before they escalate.
