Cedar Crest Rain Check Policy
Rain checks for green fees will be issued to individuals when the course becomes
unfit for play due to weather. No rain checks will be issued if the same weather
conditions existed when the individual began the round.
Rain checks for green fees may also be issued to individuals when a valid
complaint regarding course conditions has been voiced. Rain checks in this case
are issued on a case-by-case basis and when redeemed will only be applied
towards green fees.
Rain checks for golf carts may also be issued to individuals when a valid compliant
regarding condition of the golf cart has been voiced. Rain checks in this case are
issued on a case-by-case basis and when redeemed will only be applied towards
applicable cart fees.
Rain checks for green fees and cart fees will be issued on a prorated schedule
based on the number of holes played before the situation warranting a rain check
occurred. Rain checks are valid only at the course where purchased.
Rain checks must be redeemed within ninety (90) days of date issued. Any value
left on the rain check will be forfeited.
